- When you arrive at the hotel for conference registration (10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Monday) you may either leave your suitcase(s), etc., in your car or check them at the bell desk in the lobby. Registration for your hotel room is not until 3:00 p.m. that day.

- After you have picked up your conference packet, you will have the opportunity to have casual conversation with our Monday keynote speaker, Dean Cherry Murray from the Harvard School of Engineering & Applied Science.

- Your room accommodations at this four-diamond hotel and all meals and conference activities will be paid on your behalf. You will be responsible only for incidentals:
- Self-parking with the hotel is $16.00 per night. We encourage you to carpool or take the light rail down to the hotel.
- WIFI in your hotel room costs $12.95 per night. However, you will have free WIFI access in the meeting rooms and there is a free WIFI café area in the lobby available to guests 24 hours a day (with or without your laptop).

- We are hoping to arrange an after-party at the Sheraton on Monday night to maximize your opportunities to network with Fellows from all three universities.

- If you are presenting a poster at Session 2 on Tuesday, we may be able to get you back to the hotel from SkySong a little early to give you adequate time to set up. Please contact me if you need this accommodation.
